Join us for our first wellbeing event for 2025. The Setup Edit is all about making a commitment to the person you want to be this year. As a community, we will gather in our circle and reconnect after our time apart.
Gayle will incorporate peace enhancing deep breathing, and vocal toning so you can really relax deeply into listening to what you want to do, be, create and give back in 2025. We will also spend some time journaling with some prompts from Gayle to plan out and create your 2025 empowerment statement.
Finally it's nap time with a guided meditation and sounds to invigorate your 2025 vision.
When: Sunday, 2nd Feb
