Description
Soul Care's first full day event! Totally immerse yourself in a day of Soulie sisterhood and community.
For this day of community, we shall start with cake :) Starting at 9am we will gather for a cuppa, chat and light morning tea.
Gayle will start the day by opening the circle up with some gentle peace and quiet for your mind to start its slow down process so you can create without over thinking. You will then be led by some chair yoga from BeYoga to help you with strengthening and posture and give you a set of moves to do as part of a simple routine.
We will break for lunch and walk up the street to Nude Foods for a lovely lunch.
Heading back to our Soul Care Space where we will be greeted by Liz from Botanical Lane for some Autumn foliage fun, creating a unique piece for you to take home.
Then it's time for some deep rest and restore as we settle into a guided meditation and Native American drumming.
This day is special and unique and not to be missed. Gather, Create and Connect.
